Come, sit by our council fire, and learn of our
story, a story of lodges born and lodges passing
away. Lean forward and listen close to the tales of
our mystical totem, the Medicine Wheel, and the
legends of the great Manitou. Uncover the secrets of
our blessed lands and the works of the hand that
have sought to improve it. Honor our most dedicated
and worthy brothers who have given of themselves for
the betterment of the Lodge and the entire Order.
For we know not where we go if we know not of where
we have been. It is the wish of I, Allowat Sakima,
that these pages will weld tightly every link of our
past and bind us in eternal brotherhood with those
of cheerful service who have gone before.
